Marie Rose was the middle child born to William and Georgianna Coutu during World War 1. Her father was a fireman. At 22 Marie-Rose married Adrien at St Jean Baptiste de la Salle church in Montreal. She had 6 children. With the passing of her husband , she was responsible to raise several of her kids, the youngest being two. She died at age 92 in Montreal.
